Not sure yet, just had a quote of $1195 in a shared container with Schumacher cargo logistics, but just read some reviews which all mentioned damaged goods. That is to Southampton so gonna cost me probably a couple hundred to get it up to Wigan.Someone recommended Trans global logistics, they ship from Baltimore so can be shipped to Liverpool which is only half hour from me so would prefer that. Not got their quote yet but most are around the $1200 mark for ro ro.

Plenty of bargains to be had in the US, sadly trans ams are fetching strong money over there, nice car though Jimmy, I do like the lincolns, reminds me of the pimpmobile in live and let die!

All the Mk4's are 7.5,i used to have a Ford LTD with the same 460 engine, was great for spinning the tyres, way better at it than any Trans Am i have owned, and from what i remember got about 16 mpg on the long run i did to Cornwall.
I phoned your mate but unfortunately was too dear for me,gone with a company called Trans Global, they are the only ones that would quote me to Liverpool, easier for me as it's only half hour away.Means i get the car without a pink stripe...............as long as you don't have friends at Liverpool docks,LOL.

It's in South Carolina and will ship from Baltimore as i think thats the only port that ships to Liverpool.
This is what i was quoted, plus $35 for title return, then i think it's just short of £200 costs for all port/paperwork fees at Liverpool, plus duties.
US$ 700.00 Inland trucking from Anderson, SC to Baltimore, MD (open carrier)
US$ 145.00 Port delivery and U.S. Customs clearance in Baltimore, MD
US$ 902.80 Ocean freight (based on the vehicle being UNDER 17cbm)
US$ 1,747.80 TOTAL

That is really nice,i like all Lincolns but mk 4 is always my first choice. My last one was a 88 Town car,was really nice but missed having a Trans Am,if i could have afforded both at the time i would probably still have the Town car.The two girls in this pic are my nieces, both grown now with their own kids.

I like most Lincolns your town car was one of the last full size American cars they all look a bit European now ,
You probably noticed we replaced radiator grill badge with the town car version the proportions are better for the shape of the car the original tall and skinny badge in my mind looks strange on a wide and long car

Not sure but both girls in the pic are in their 20's now so i would say about 15 years ago.Was best car i have ever owned, just missed having a Trans Am,only reason i sold it.My wife loved the car but she hates the earlier Continentals like the mk4 and 5.I did look at Town Cars when i was searching for a Continental but didn't find any as nice as that one, they just didn't stand out.Although it was really good condition it wasn't as mint as Caz and Terry's mk5,that looks super clean.

It's not as perfect as it looks Jimmy photos always make them look better than they are ,someone has done a bad job of rust proofing the bottom half of the doors but we didn't pay a lot for it to and just enjoy driving it around.
