Re: Not sure on this
I was thinking of buying that, would have to sell my Lincoln though. My wife hates the Lincoln and said i should sell it to nuy a 3rd gen but can't find one cheap enough and would have to be black and a Trans Am.
With a 4th gen i would be ok with a V6 as i have heard they still go well and other than the wheels that one looks good. But my insurance want over £200 extra and said i would have to have a Thatcham cat 1 or 2 immobiliser fitted. Not sure it's worth spending that much on a base Firebird.
Even though it's a 2000 model i am not sure it's worth that much for a base car that has a couple of faults. If it was £3500 i would probably have bought it.That way i would have some money left over for a ws6 hood.

I think it would be a bit cheeky to offer £3500,lol.Maybe when it's been for sale for a few weeks it would be worth making a cheeky offer.Looking at cars for sale on ebay and other sites it does seem like not much is selling all that well for some reason.
There is a mint red mkiv Continental on ebay for around £12k,should have easily sold for that but it's been for sale for at least 12 months. Most of the Firebirds i see for sale have been on there for many months.
