Well managed to fit both sides today and the Y pipe....just loose for the moment as I started to run out of light.
Both sides went in really easy apart from the driver side...had to jiggle them where the brake pipe hits them...small hammer sorted that out !!!!!
In total I would say only 3 and bit hours and thats with many tea and fag breaks.....
All in all quite simple

Not taken the rest off yet...next weekend if its dry.
All the bolts on the headers and Y pipe are tight now..some of the header bolts were a pain to do because of the wrap making the pipe larger....not that bad a job really however I think it would of been a lot harder if I still had the aircon box

Oh when i did mine on the jack i had to cut the over axle bit to get it out or you need to get the car really high to wiggle it out. My old pipe is scrap now

Might cut it then.
Also the O2sensor is on the back of the pipe so the original wire isnt long enough....need to splice a bit of wire in next weekend
