No rust  only a couple of minor paint scabs behind rear wheels nothing to worry about . no patches just a solid car. Best shell i have ever had actually.
Hooker headers 4060 ceramic decat y pipe stainless cat back magnaflow new shocks brake hoses ebc red stuff pads new ingition parts leads cap rotor plugs  aircon delete pulley  new drive belt front wheelbearings new iac and temp sender new elderbrock chrome air cleaner  have the factory one too drives perfect stops great good on fuel sounds great go anywhere car.  Have the hawks spoiler i took off too back on formula 16 inch wheels  needs nice paint job to make perfect not body work just paint. I spent alot on the car and lots of time  just the paint to finish it off. Formula cars are getting rare now.

I did think about a 350 transplant but its to much work for me.

Yeah 4 k would be fair it needs new paint. I saw a guy just paid 6750 for a formula tidy one.
